All of our products are welded manually or on semi-automatic machines. We perform the welding operations with the use of electrode, MAG, MIG or flux. All of our welders hold the required certificate in compliance with the applicable strict EN standards. We complete the railcar sub-assemblies using special hydraulic fixtures. Thanks to application of the long-tested procedures and thanks to the properly trained personnel, we assemble almost 15,000 buffers a year.
