As a traditional sub-assembly manufacturer and leader in the railway industry, especially for freight wagons, we keep a close eye on trends and developments throughout Europe in order to be able to offer our current and new customers products that are currently in demand.

The priority and strategic goal of our management for this year and the next one is therefore to complete the development of two new types of buffers, including improvements to the design of the existing ones. Our technical department is now working on the development of a buffer for A-category freight wagons with a plastic plate. The advantage of these buffers is lower operational noise and lower maintenance costs. In cooperation with VŠB (Technical University of Ostrava) and the University of Technology and Economics in České Budějovice, we are currently working on the development of new L-category buffers with a stroke of 150 millimetres and a plate of 450 and 550 millimetres. The expansion of our product portfolio is very important for consolidating our position as the European market leader in buffer and coupling systems for rail freight transport, said Pavel Krajča, the company’s CEO.
