For production of complex forgings with the weight up to 25 kg, such as curved ends of pressure tanks or shaped cuttings, we use the forging press technology. The press machines shown in the pictures below, along with modern pre-forging rollers, robots and high-performance induction furnaces, form the backbone of our production.

Hot-pressing

We perform the hot-pressing operations on the hydraulic, crank and screw-type press machines, with the maximum size of 3 x 4 m. Material is heated in the gas furnace

Cold-pressing

We use the cold-pressing technology mainly for parts intended for the passenger and freight railcars. We make these parts on the hydraulic, crank and eccentric press machines and press brakes.
