We have invested CZK 156 million
Last year MSV Metal Studénka made another huge investment in modernization and development.
During the year we installed a new machine for the induction hardening of buffer plates. It replaces the old equipment, which could no longer meet the ever-increasing demands of our customers. To increase buffer production, a PUMA 5100 LMB CNC lathe was purchased, to be mainly used for making buffer cylinders. For the better and easier handling of our products, we have installed new robotic arms in individual workplaces.
Roofs and skylights were repaired in the production halls, and new, energy-saving LED lighting was installed.
“2023 was a very successful year for us, which is why we are planning more and more major investments.
In January, a contract was signed with the CEO of Presshydraulik, Mr. Martin Ševčík, for the delivery of a new hydraulic press with a capacity of 600 tons, for almost CZK 14 million.
In February, we started work on the construction of a new fully robotic line. This is the largest investment in the history of our company so far,” said CEO Mr. Pavel Krajča.
