We support associations
For a long time, the company MSV Metal Studénka has been financially supporting the activities and operations of many associations and federations active in the town of Studénka and its surroundings.
The year 2023 was a very successful one, and this success was also shared by the organizations we worked with – we contributed more than CZK 750,000 to good causes.
The majority of donated funds went to support leisure activities for children and others, but also for social activities and sports clubs. These are organized by interest societies from Studénka, such as Football Studénka, HC Studénka, SK Studénka, SAK Studénka, Let’s Get Our Kids Moving – Studénka, Tennis club Studénka and others.
Out of the associations from the surrounding area, we might mentions the Physical Education Unit Pustějov or
TJ SŠTaS Karviná, zs A contribution also went to the Voluntary Fire Brigade, to the Angling Competition at the local unit of the Czech Angling Association Studénka, and to the Pioneer Group Butovická.
We also made a contribution to Charita Studénka and, last but not least, we contributed to the Pensioners’ Club at ZO OS KOVO MSV. A significant amount was also donated to the endowment fund of the M. Copernicus Grammar School in Bílovec Copernicus and the Wings endowment fund, which focuses on unique projects that do not fit into normal grant schemes.
Every year, we donate CZK 350,000 to the trade union organization ZO OS KOVO MSV Studénka to run it, and this year an additional CZK 50,000 CZK went to restore the recreation center in nearby Klokočůvek in Odry.
